Leaving Fruit:
Appointments can be made for fruit drop offs between 7am -7pm , any day of the week – even weekends! If you’d like help unloading the fruit from your car, please book a slot for a Monday, Friday or Sunday when we will be around to help.
When you drive into the farm yard you will see a ‘drop off point’ sign on the right of our small barn.
If your fruit is already in containers (e.g. Tubs, Trugs, Baskets, Buckets…) then you can simply place them into our fruit drop off point. However if they are bagged please place the bags inside the Tubs provided.
On the form you will be asked if you want a label or not. Please be aware: labels cost 20p more per bottle. If you do, please click here ASAP and fill in the label details, so as not to slow the process.
Juice will usually be ready within two weeks of delivery. We will notify you by email. If you do not hear from us by the end of the two week period then please do contact us, as we do get behind with our paper work!
Please note that we do NOT currently accept old bottles to be recycled (but is something we are looking into for the future!)
Picking up your juice:
Juice can be collected only once payment has been made
We will contact you via email once your juice is ready to be collected – the process typically takes a few days and you will be given an estimated collection date when your booking is made. Collections are scheduled for Mondays, Fridays, and Sundays but we are able to offer alternate days after 5:30pm.
Payments can be made via bank transfer, or we can send you a payment link.
